The problem we set out to solve
Falls are the thing families quietly worry about, and the existing answers have a common flaw — they only work if the person at risk cooperates with them, every day, indefinitely.
Wearables get abandoned. They feel medicalising, they need charging, and they come off in the shower — which is exactly where bathroom falls happen. Panic buttons assume the person is conscious, within reach of the button, and willing to press it; many are found on the floor beside someone who never did. And cameras, the one thing that would see everything, are the one thing most people refuse to put in a bedroom or bathroom.
So the rooms where help is needed most are precisely the rooms nothing covers.
Our approach
6Pulse is a fixed sensor, not something anyone wears. It reads motion and radar — never images, never audio — and an AI model watches that stream for the shape of a fall, telling someone going down and staying down apart from ordinary movement like sitting or bending.
Because it captures no images, it can go in the bathroom and the bedroom. Because it is plugged into the wall, there is nothing to charge, nothing to remember, and nothing to take off. The person being protected does not have to think about it — ideally, they forget it is there.

Safety should not cost dignity
A camera in a parent's bedroom buys peace of mind for the family and takes it from the person being watched. We decided early that we would never ship one — not as an option, not as an upgrade.
The person at risk should not have to do anything
Any system that depends on remembering to wear a device, or on pressing a button while injured, has already failed the moment it matters most. Ours works whether or not anyone cooperates with it.
Be honest about what it can do
6Pulse is not a medical device and it will not catch every fall. We say so on the product page, in the Terms, and here. A safety product that oversells itself is worse than none, because families stop taking other precautions.
Sensor data is not ours to mine
Movement patterns inside a home are about as personal as data gets. We process what we need to raise an alert, and we do not sell it or hand it to advertisers.
